Scientific Dabblings

My career in science fell apart around the age of 9 or 10, when it became clear to me that my brain was not wired for math. Alas, I console myself by trying to follow the miraculous achievements of the scientifically-inclined and hosting small events for them every now and then.



* A note on the image above (and those in the other section home pages): These images with (rather lofty) quotes are left over from my last website, which lived until around 2006. They don’t exactly fit, but I wanted to keep something of the old present here, our digital lives are so ephemeral.
